Leslie Perlow: Real Vacations Are Good For You

Leslie Perlow, professor at the Harvard Business School, posted this opinion for the Wall Street Journal on June 27, 2012 after publishing Sleeping With Your Smartphone.
She also co-authored an article in the October 2009 issue of the Harvard Business Review: Making Time Off Predictable and Required. The basic argument is that vacations improve productivity.
Also this column by Sue Shellenbarger that gives several examples of firms making sure employees take time off.
